Para importante empresa del área de retail buscamos un/a Sales Manager para llevar el producto de esta empresa a nivel nacional tanto para el canal de B2B como de puntos de venta directos.

Objetivo

Asegurar nuestros objetivos de venta a través de la relación personal y el cuidado de nuestros clientes. Se hará cargo del mercado nacional con un gran volumen de negocio.

Pensamos en alguien con conocimiento del mercado nacional y experiencia en ventas, sería ideal si ha estado en una posición similar en retail.

Responsabilidades

Realizar y mantener una estratégia comercial que proporcione la consecución de objetivos en las diversas divisiones y regiones que tiene bajo su responsabilidad. Seguimiento y fidelización de los clientes B2B construyendo una buena relación con sus clientes, comunicación y transparencia. Coordinación del equipo de venta y producto (más de 15 personas a su cargo) enfocado a objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Animar y motivar al equipo realizar su seguimiento, selección y evaluación.

Requerimientos:

Experiencia en gestión de equipos comerciales y gran trayectoria en venta de B2B o retail. Inglés nivel muy alto B2 mínimoValorable formación universitaria en economía, ADE o similarMuy valorable experiencia en retailDisponibilidad a viajar y a residir en Málaga.
