Responsibilities
Be responsible for the Relationship management of Payment Service Providers within your scopeOptimise payments performance, assess growth opportunities, improve quality of service and costsPush revenue growth & margin improvement through demand generation initiatives, for example, co-marketing initiativesUnderstand payment trends, driving forces behind payment performance and substantiate with important metricsDevelop in depth knowledge of ESW’s data sources, fraud and payment systems, and processes to gain insights into shopper behaviour and contribute to the payments strategyPlan for optimisations through new payment methods and strategies to enhance existing productsTracking adherence to Regulatory compliance and Card scheme rulesUse Data Analytics to generate payments & fraud critical metric materials, identify business improvement opportunities, optimise business performance, solve complex problems, and prove return on investmentEnsure cost and performance metrics deliver insights that enable the team to make better strategic and operational decisionsYou are the pilot Own the orchestration decisions and routing set-up together with technical teams
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce/online-payments, preferably in physical goods and retail sectorsExcellent skills querying data using Looker or similar & B.I. tools, manipulating data and building dashboards in excel (pivot tables, charts)Attention to detail required to drive formalisation of processes in complex and fast paced organisations.Effective communication skills and be comfortable interacting with Senior Management and third-party customersBachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or finance areaRelated industry experience: Entry level to 2 yearsDeep knowledge in card flows, alternative payment methods, global shopper payment habitsEnglish is the primary working language
