Global MICE Forums, empresa líder en encuentros B2B de la industria de Reuniones y Eventos en España, busca a una persona para liderar su departamento de Ventas y su expansión internacional, reportando directamente a Dirección General.ResponsabilidadesEstablecer junto con Dirección General los presupuestos y objetivos del departamento.Supervisar al equipo comercial y el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.Supervisar las tareas de la persona de back office comercial.Realizar informes periódicos con datos financieros y de ventas.Velar por la correcta facturación y cobros de los clientes.Búsqueda activa de nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo de negocio.Preparación y realización de presentaciones, Newsletters y otras herramientas de venta.Participación en nombre de la empresa en eventos y ferias del sector.Análisis de las encuestas de satisfacción y manejo de objeciones de clientesRequisitosExperiencia mínima de 5 años en el sector MICE.Conocimientos avanzados en Marketing y Ventas.Pasión por las ventas y las personas.Capacidad de liderazgo.Persona proactiva, organizada y metódica.Capacidad de autogestión y orientación a resultados.Conocimientos avanzados de MS Office: Excel, Power Point y Word.Se valorará experiencia en el manejo de CRM HubSpot.Excelentes dotes comunicativas (oral y escrito).Español lengua materna.Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1-C2 demostrable). Se valorarán otros idiomas.Disponibilidad para viajar.Basado en Madrid.
