Project Description

You will play a pivotal role in the management of both the new amadeus.com website and current corporate websites. This involves content creation, integration, migration, and ensuring the quality assurance of all new developments.

Responsibilities

Content:

  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and content specialists to create exceptional online experiences through effective content management and optimization.
  • Edit, distribute, publish, and promote content across owned websites using the CMS (Content Management System), tailored to the needs and requests of various business units.
  • Migrate existing content and integrate new content seamlessly into the website via the CMS.
  • Organize, modify, and update existing content, including thorough proofreading and quality checks.
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s digital content strategy, with support from team members.
  • Audit existing content and analyze industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Collaborate with UX, content, and IT operations teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
  • Work closely with QA specialists to develop detailed test plans and test cases based on user behavior insights.
  • Implement and maintain effective QA practices to ensure products meet business expectations and demands.
  • Create comprehensive reports documenting errors and issues for resolution.

Additional Tasks:

  • Conduct benchmarking and research analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project updates and findings.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a user-focused approach.

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Duration and Application Process

This internship is for a duration of 6 months with the potential for an additional 6-month extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
