En Muntañola buscamos un/a Project Manager tiempo parcial para dar apoyo a la gestión de proyectos de la agencia trabajando con diferentes equipos creativos.


* Requisitos:
— Profesional, proactivo con capacidad de análisis, comunicación, trabajo en equipo y flexibilidad.
— Dosis de creatividad, innovación y mucha organización.
— Experiencia demostrable en puesto similar 2-5 años.
— Familiarizado/a con las plataformas de Trello, Slack, Google Suite…
— Experiencia en la gestión de campañas tanto a nivel offline como online (tipo de materiales, formatos, etc.).
— Dominio del catalán y castellano, tanto escrito como hablado.


* Funciones:
— Organizar y coordinar las diferentes partes implicadas en los proyectos (clientes, equipo interno agencia y proveedores).
– Entender las necesidades del cliente y saber trasladarlas al equipo creativo y / o proveedores para transformarlas en propuestas que cumplan (o excedan) las expectativas del cliente.
— Realización de presupuestos y control de costes.
— Control de los timings de las diferentes entregas de los diferentes proyectos.
— Supervisión constante de las tareas asignadas a cada una de las personas del equipo creativo durante todas las fases del proyecto.
— Adelantarse a las necesidades de los diferentes clientes.
– Planificación de las reuniones internas y con clientes
– Creación de presentaciones para cliente.

Se valorará conocimientos de:
- Conocimiento y manejo de Google analytics y herramientas de medición y repporting.
- Conocimientos o experiencia en Community Manager (Gestión de Redes Sociales).
