Vacancy: Head of Marketing at SVOY Real Estate Agency

Location: Marbella, Costa del Sol

Type of employment: Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote property on the Costa del Sol.
  • Managing the marketing team including recruitment, training and development of staff.
  • Creating and overseeing advertising campaigns on social media, search engines and other digital platforms.
  • Analysing the property market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and improve the agency's competitiveness.
  • Developing content strategy for the agency's website, blogs, social media and other marketing materials.
  • Organising and conducting events aimed at attracting clients (open days, presentations, exhibitions).
  • Budget management of marketing campaigns, cost optimisation and reporting on results.
  • Working with contractors and freelancers (designers, copywriters).
  • Interaction with the sales department to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.
  • Developing and implementing loyalty and customer service programmes.

    Requirements:

    • Russian or Ukrainian and English language skills
    • Experience in marketing from 2 years, preferably in property.
    • Experience in leading marketing teams from 2 years.
    • Knowledge of modern marketing tools and strategies.
    • Experience with social media, SEO, contextual advertising and email marketing.
    • High communicative skills
    • Creative approach and ability to generate new ideas.
    • Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions based on analytics.
    • Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
