We’re Camping, a video creative agency from Barcelona. We combine storytelling, filmmaking, and purposeful marketing to help businesses grow and create a lasting impact. We are committed to producing video content that not only engages but also supports our vision of purposeful entrepreneurship.

We’re looking for an Account & Content Strategist to join our team, starting immediately. This role is ideal for those who excel in strategising, executing, and managing video content projects from start to finish.

The Opportunity:

We are offering a 5-month full-time contract, with potential for extension, to an individual adept in managing both client relations and content strategy. This role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored project plans, and overseeing the execution and success of video content strategies.

Who we're looking for:

- Experience in project management, capable of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Skilled in client management, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledgeable in video content creation, from concept to execution. Bonus points for experience creating organic and thought leadership initiatives.
- More than 3 years of experience working in a field relevant to this job description.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, able to identify growth opportunities and innovate within video content strategy.
- Excellent command of English, necessary for clear and effective communication. Understanding of Spanish also appreciated.
- Preference for candidates in Barcelona, though remote applicants aligned with our goals are also welcome.

Role Expectations:

- Identify client needs and outline comprehensive project plans and strategies for video content.
- Manage the execution of content projects, ensuring goals are met.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful video content.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and project management.
- Analyse project outcomes and results to iterate and incorporate to our ongoing projects’ strategy
