Job Summary

Under the direction of the Associate Director CAR-T Lead, this individual is responsible for managing all operational aspects of CAR T and the service model in selected centers in designated region(s). Among others, the CAR-T Site Manager Liason will be responsible for the design and implementation of CAR T account plans, qualification process and maintainance of site CAR-T management excellence, HCP education, management of external and internal CAR T stakeholders and coordination of the BMS account/cluster team and cross- functional leadership along with RBM in reference to CAR-T topics

  • Design a n d i m p l e m e n t a t i o n o f s t r a t e g i c and tactical C A R- T a cco un t p l a ns t o e nsu re the r ea d i n e s s of the reference hospital and e x ce ll e n c e in managing CAR-T .

  • Give support to pharmacist requests regarding CAR-Ts at the Reference Sites in coordination with CAM (including contracting).
  • Ensu re BMS is pe r ce i v e d b y reference centers CAR-T relevant stakeholders as the b e s t partner:
  • BMS O p e ra t i o n a l model i s re c o gn i zed s i m p l e, efficient and h o s p i t a l & c us t o m er or i e n t e d .
  • BMS Service Model (Value Added Services) offer is perceived as differentiator
