About the role

 

The Straumann group is looking for a motivated individual to join the team in Spain. The position will assist to provide orthodontic clinical support and guidance for doctors with their ClearCorrect cases. The position will oversee and assist to organize all clinical activities within (Country) and also work closely with the sales and marketing teams. This role is based in Madrid

 

Main responsibilities:

 

•    Providing first-line clinical support in Spain who have queries regarding case evaluation, record taking, communication with the technician, case set-up modifications and predictability, aligner troubleshooting and finishing of orthodontic cases.
•    Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes.
•    Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team.
•    Provide ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and support any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors
•    Working closely with the EMEA Clinical Advisor to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist to develop clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market.
•    Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions and exhibitions.
•    Driving success with the ClearCorrect business development within Spain by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and set goals.
•    Review and update educational content
•    Support the sales and marketing teams in interactions with scientific societies.

 

Note: 80% of the time will be "quality control" of the cases planned by the technicians and refining the treatments based on the preferences of the providers (clients) with whom this possition holder will be in contact.

 

 

About the ideal candidates

 

Education:

 

•    Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Graduate doctor of Dentistry or equivalent
•    Post graduate studies in Orthodontics is an advantage
•    Postgraduate business studies is also an advantage

 

Experience:

 

•    Minimum of 2 years working in a dental clinic or as a clinician
•    Experience in treating patients with Clear aligners or working in a corporate field with an aligner company is essential
•    Additional experience working in a dental company is an advantage

 

Skills:

 

•    Excellent level of English (written and oral) 
•    Effective presentation and communication skills
•    Confident team player with a can do attitude
