En ORBIDI estamos buscando un Financial Controller que en relación directa con el CFO, asegure la adecuada elaboración de los estados e informes financieros y fiscales, cree análisis y previsiones estratégicas, gestione presupuestos, tesorería y nóminas, coordine auditorías y documentación, y mantenga relaciones bancarias y bases de datos actualizadas, proponiendo mejoras continuas.
¿Qué harás con nosotros?
Asegurar que los informes cumplan con los estándares y requerimientos marcados por la normativa financiera, fiscal y de la industria correspondiente, tanto local como regional y estatal.Crear informes (anuales y mensuales) que identifiquen resultados, tendencias y previsiones para respaldar las decisiones comerciales estratégicas.Crear una capa de análisis que proporcione información recurrente y veraz a la dirección de la compañía.Participar en la elaboración del presupuesto anual (budget) y en los sucesivos re-forecast (trimestrales).Análisis de varianzas, identificación de gaps y revisión con los diferentes departamentos.Tesorería: reconciliaciones diarias de tesorería, garantizando los plazos de pago (financiación, proveedores, nóminas).Interlocución directa con entidades bancarias y financieras para el óptimo fondeo de la compañía.Persona proactiva que plantee mejoras derivadas de su experiencia previa y contribuya a un departamento sólido.Analizar, preparar y publicar todos los estados financieros mensuales.Certificar el cumplimiento tributario en coordinación con los asesores fiscales y laborales.Control y administración de nóminas.Documentar los procesos comerciales y las políticas contables para mantener los controles internos.Coordinar procesos de auditoría.Control de contratos y otros documentos administrativos.Mantenimiento y actualización de las bases de datos de ORBIDI.Lo que te hará triunfar:
Se requiere de un profesional con visión estratégica, capacidad analítica, capacidad de liderazgo, organización y buen comunicador.Formación deseable en Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Contabilidad o Finanzas, conocimientos contables, financieros y fiscales.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en un empresa dinámica y/o entorno startup.Manejo experto en Microsoft Excel y ERP (Holded).Buen sentido del orden y sistemática en las rutinas de trabajoActitud constructiva, positiva y colaboradora, incluso cuando se enfrenta a retos y la presión del tiempoDisfrutar trabajando de forma independiente y en equipoTomar iniciativas propias y aspirar a la mejora continua.Se valorará conocimiento de Business Central y/o Netsuite, haber realizado migraciones de ERP, gestión de bases de datos.Sobre nosotros:
