We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. The Role: As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services to help solve their challenges. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and excited to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet those needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Must be based within an EEA country.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
