La misión del Consumer Insights Manager será definir y ejecutar el plan anual de investigación e insights de las marcas en función de la estrategia y necesidades de las marcas y el mercado.
Tu día a día consistirá en...
Gestionar proyectos de investigación relacionados con las categorías de agua, cerveza, zumos, sidras y otras bebidas.Investigar al consumidor y sintetizar datos de otras áreas.Colaborar con las partes clave del negocio, en particular, los equipos de marketing, estrategia, mercado e innovación, para garantizar que el consumidor y comprador estén en el centro de las decisiones y que la información se traduzca en una estrategia, planes e innovación.Actuar como partner de pensamiento estratégico para marketing, innovación y mercado.Contribuir al desarrollo de proyectos globales respetando los localismos.Coordinar con los diferentes países para ayudar a dar forma a sus proyectos y asegurar que los conocimientos sean relevantes y accionables para los mercados.Apoyar a los equipos internacionales.Agrupar fuentes de información aprovechando la tecnología.Dar servicios a los diferentes mercados y medir los KPI establecidos.Apoyar en el desarrollo del CRM / MARTECH de la compañía.
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en puestos de gestión o con amplia exposición a la investigación de mercados.Grado Universitario en Investigación, Técnicas de Mercado, ADE o similares.Valorable Master MBA, Marketing o relacionados.Office: Word, Excel y Power Point, muy avanzados.Experiencia en Investigación de mercados y conocimiento de proveedores de investigación, así como herramientas específicas.Conocimiento de las fuentes de datos de mercado continuas (Nielsen/Kantar…)Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en proyectos de economía circular y sostenibilidad.¿Cómo te imaginamos?
Alguien en búsqueda constante de la excelencia y la máxima calidad de los datos, con una fuerte atención al detalle.Con sólidas habilidades de escucha activa para entender las necesidades de los diferentes equipos y Business Units.Capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma la mayor parte del tiempo, tomar decisiones sobre la medición o investigación necesaria en cada momento, y delegar cuando sea necesario.Con experiencia en la gestión de personas.Con experiencia en la elaboración, gestión y control de presupuestos para el departamento de Insights e investigación.
