You will join a group of young, talented, international and dynamic people who are constantly looking for new challenges. We are online media and Lead generation agency based in Barcelona.

Working with us will give you the opportunity to enter directly in the online marketing business, working closely with our most important partners. As a French Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for engaging and You have extensive skills in relationship management and can create win/win environments for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit relevant top performing affiliates and publishers who run campaigns through Emails, FB ads, Google ads, Native Ads and Push traffic.
Constant statistical reporting and analysis
Negotiate prices and payment models with existing and new partners
Set Pricing, daily volume requirements and other contractual obligations of affiliate partnerships.
Build and maintain a good relationship with new and existing partners
Build a strong affiliation network strategy, achieving your monthly goals.
Optimize Ad campaigns and monitor traffic on a daily basis keeping in mind mutual revenue goals, as well as strategy
The ability to gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and to align those with LOUDINGads’s capabilities to drive measurable value for our customers
You will participate in weekly sales meetings & reviews to share with the team
Requirements:

Languages: fluent English speaker and/or other languages are considered a plus
You have great knowledge of the online marketing industry and the different payment models
You have a keen understanding of online advertising and related technologies
Ability to work under pressure
Basic technical skills with reporting, tracking or online advertising systems
Strong taste for sales and business development
Good communicator, negotiator and team player
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, persistent, positive attitude, energetic approach, pro-active and self-motivation are all essential
Action and results oriented
We offer:

Internship (37.5h per week) 9.00h – 18.00h
Fridays 9.00 - 15:00
