Qué harás?..... Responsabilidades:


  • Asociarse con la alta dirección para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de recursos humanos que se alineen con nuestros objetivos comerciales.
  • Administre el ciclo de vida completo de los empleados, incluido el reclutamiento, la incorporación, la gestión del desempeño y la baja.
  • Asistir en el diseño y desarrollo del plan de formación.
  • Actuar como asesor de referencia para empleados y gerentes, brindando orientación sobre políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos.
  • Impulsar iniciativas relacionadas con el compromiso de los empleados, el desarrollo del talento y la diversidad e inclusión.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de liderazgo para fomentar una cultura empresarial positiva e inclusiva.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las leyes y regulaciones laborales pertinentes.
  • Gestión y control de beneficios a los empleados y actividades de team building.


En qué eres bueno?...Requisitos:


  • Experiencia comprobada como Business Partner de RRHH. (si es posible, en un entorno acelerado e impulsado por la tecnología)
  • Buen conocimiento de las leyes y normativas laborales europeas, en particular de la legislación laboral española.
  • Buen conocimiento de las herramientas de recursos humanos, incluido el LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Idioma inglés conversacional obligatorio.
  • Excepcionales habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
  • Capacidad de adaptación a un panorama empresarial en constante evolución.
