C1 English and Spanish level (both written and spoken).
- Experience in high volume administration (including systems/database administration) in HR, recruitment or payroll.
- Experience working with employees paid by hour.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, HR systems eg PeopleSoft)

To help us achieve this objective, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support our teams in our Delivery Stations in Spain. You will work in collaboration with the Human Resources department and the management team to ensure an excellent experience for our employees and managers.

Key job responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day queries (eg compensation, attendance, policy advice, etc.) and, where appropriate, direct queries to the best person or team to handle them.
- Manage our time and attendance system, ensure that our employees are properly paid and that we have no pay discrepancies.
- People-related administration and coordination tasks (eg new start-up processes, expense requests, etc).
- Provide accurate and timely management information, and ensure compliance with business processes, data protection requirements and best practices with respect to maintenance of HR systems and records.
- Support HR and management on a wide variety of people-related topics and projects, including engagement activity support.

A day in the life
Our HR employees in Spain are hands-on professionals that act both tactically and strategically to maximize employee engagement and development. For these reasons, our HR Leaders are in regular contact with field Associates and work closely with Operations. Core to the Business Team, not a separate Corporate function, HR understands the Business and supports its strategy and goals. Our HR Teams are experts in everything from employee relations to performance management, talent management to succession planning and employee engagement to legislative compliance.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay close to detail and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently; multitasking, organizing and prioritizing workloads and meeting strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential as well as comfort in handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information).
- A basic knowledge of labor law and HR / Payroll practices would be an asset.
