We’re seeking an experienced Women’s Fashion Buyer with the following qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in fashion buying.

Deep knowledge of Inditex brands, including Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka, and Stradivarius.

A passion for adventure and travel, as this role involves regular travel to our New York headquarters and other locations, with potential for long-term stays. About you:

Brand Expertise: Leverage your in-depth understanding of the Inditex Group brands—Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka, and Stradivarius. Know their unique aesthetics, target audiences, and market positioning. Your insights will shape our collections.

Sourcing and Trend Insights: Stay ahead of fashion trends, analyze market data, and predict consumer preferences. Collaborate with our design teams to curate compelling product assortments that resonate with our diverse clientele.

Product Selection and Assortment Planning: Curate a captivating range of women’s apparel specifically tailored for the American market. Balance creativity with commercial viability to ensure our collections are both fashionable and market-savvy.

Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong ties with suppliers, negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Your vendor partnerships are essential for maintaining our product quality and timely inventory.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, optimize turnover, and make informed buying decisions. Adapt swiftly to market shifts, ensuring our offerings remain fresh and relevant.

Collaboration Across Teams: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, design, and production. Your ability to translate the design vision into final products is crucial.

Fabric and Material Expertise: Understand fabric properties and quality standards. Maintain fabric swatches and samples, ensuring our materials meet the highest standards.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior. Your insights will drive our strategic decisions.
