Necesitamos un perfil mixto que pueda cumplir con estos requisitos, aunque valoramos también candidatos que pueda cumplir uno de los dos roles:
Requisitos perfil más responsable técnico
- Estudios mínimos Ingeniería técnica o Grado TIC
- Experiencia en proyectos con la administración pública
- Experiencia de al menos 10 años trabajando con aplicaciones en JEE con background tecnológico: JSF, Spring, JPA, Maven, Git
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años realizando diseños técnicos y coordinando equipos de desarrollo
- Experiencia diseñando en APIs Rest/Soap
- Experiencia diseñando bases de datos relacionales y lenguaje SQL, PL-SQL, especialmente Oracle y PostgreSQL
- Experiencia desarrollando y diseñando con Spring, JPA (Hibernate), JSF
- Experiencia en la aplicación de patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas de desarrollo
Requisitos perfil más innovación
- Más de 5 años realizando tareas técnicas, con responsabilidad sobre decisiones de diseño y soluciones
- Capacidad de asumir responsabilidades
- Capacidad de Preventa: necesitamos que defiendas los planteamientos técnicos ante terceros.
- Amplia experiencia con metodologías ágiles.
- Imprescindible amplia experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de Arquitecturas en alguna de estas tecnologías:
o Spring Framework (Spring-security, MVC, Boot, Spring-data, ...).
o Virtualización y aprovisionamiento (Docker, Vagrant, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, ...).
o Apificación, Servicios Web, SOAP/REST, autenticación y autorización (OAuth, JWT, ...).
o Comunicación asíncrona, Brokers de mensajería (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ...)
o Arquitectura Javascript: Angular, Polymer, ReactJS, Vue, etc.
o Herramientas Ciclo de Vida y Entrega Continua: Devops, Azure Devops, Jenkins, Bamboo, JIRA, Nexus, Sonar, ...
o Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (Mongo DB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, ...)
o Conocimientos Cloud (Azure o AWS)
o Conocimientos de Arq
¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?
- Coordinación técnica de equipos de desarrollo en proyectos software con backend en Java 8 o superior
- Elaboración de diseños técnicos y definición de arquitecturas
- Interlocución entre la parte funcional y el equipo de desarrollo
- Seguimiento y gestión del ciclo de vida del proyecto
