Tu misión será participar activamente en las diferentes fases del ciclo de vida del empleado; atrayendo, reclutando, gestionando y desarrollando el talento interno junto con los managers, alineando la visión de negocio y los objetivos de HR.
Funciones:
Participar en la definición, elaboración y mejora continua de las diferentes políticas y procesos del departamento.Contribuir a la gestión y ejecución de los diferentes proyectos dentro del departamento de HR.Procesar y analizar información de las diferentes herramientas del departamento para facilitar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.Liderar y optimizar la ejecución de los diferentes mecanismos de desarrollo de talento (compensación, formación, etc.)Contribuir a que las acciones impulsadas desde el departamento cumplan con el marco regulatorio laboral.Asesorar al equipo y el management de la organización sobre las políticas y procedimientos de gestión del talento.Coordinar procesos de onboarding, alineando a los diferentes departamentos y personas involucradas, y garantizando una experiencia excelente.Coordinar de forma integral las diferentes fases del ciclo de vida del talento de la organización, desde el onboarding hasta el offboarding.Participar de forma activa en los procesos de selección asignados, desde la toma de requisitos y definición de los perfiles, hasta la confección de la oferta y el cierre.Te ofrecemos:
