¿Qué necesitamos?
Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Project Manager (H/M) para trabajar en proyectos nacionales e internacionales desde las oficinas de Madrid.
La persona que se incorpore con nosotros se encargará de liderar los proyectos de principio a fin, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos dentro del plazo, presupuesto y calidad acordados.
Funciones:
Elaboración de planes detallados que incluyan los recursos necesarios, los plazos y las entregas.Identificar y evaluar los riesgos del proyecto, y elaborar planes de contingencia para minimizar su impacto.Asignar trabajos a miembros del equipo, y asegurarse de que tienen los recursos necesarios para realizar sus tareas.Mantener una comunicación clara y eficaz con los miembros del equipo, los stakeholders y los clientes.Realizar un seguimiento constante del progreso del proyecto, y tomar medidas correctivas si es necesario para asegurarse de que se cumplen los plazos y la calidad.Gestionar los cambios en el alcance del proyecto, asegurándose de que se comprenden los impactos en los plazos, costes y calidad.Asegurarse de que se han cumplido los objetivos del proyecto, elaborar un informes de cierre de proyecto, y realizar una evaluación de lecciones aprendidas para futuros proyectos.
Requisitos:
Formación Profesional o Título Universitario en Informática o Telecomunicaciones.Nivel de Inglés intermedio - alto (B2) para mantener conversaciones y reuniones con clientes extranjeros.Más de 3 años en gestión de proyectos de entorno IT.Experiencia en proyectos y entornos internacionales.Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de demanda o gestión de proyectos (EPM, Jira, Project o similar).Experiencia y conocimiento técnico sobre tecnologías de comunicaciones y seguridad perimetral (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto...)Valorable aportar certificaciones como PMP, Prince2 o similares.¿Qué ofrecemos?
