Hours: 40hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Sunday on rotating Evening/Night shifts
Days Off: 2 rest days
Job Description:
At Hotel Casa Bonay, we are currently seeking a Receptionist - Night Auditor to join our team in Barcelona. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the evening and night hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of hotel financial records.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the evening and night shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night.
- Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including updating guest information and processing payments.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in night audit or reception.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
