We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor Night Shift to join our team at Barceló Group. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and back office functions during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate all tasks related to the front desk and back office, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and billing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage the hotel's inventory, including supplies and equipment, and ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Conduct nightly audits to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that the hotel is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
