We are pleased to offer you an exciting internship opportunity in the luxury yacht and real estate sector within our 3 businesses: Smart Charter, Smart Yachting, and Smart Estates Ibiza. This internship will be located in Ibiza and will run from May to September 2023 (dates may be flexible depending on the applicant's availability).
Tasks
As an intern in our company, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the biggest yacht charter companies in Europe and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the luxury yacht and real estate industry. Your mission will be to work in different areas of the business, including Yacht Charter, Yacht Sales, and Real Estate, where you will be responsible for the following:
Yacht Charter: You will be responsible for customer relation check-ins, ensuring payments, collecting information, customer care, and problem-solving, as well as managing logistics and responding to inquiries from customers.
Yacht Sales: You will work closely with the sales team and have the opportunity to follow up on various leads of enquiry, updating and polishing yacht sale adverts, listing new boats for sale directly from private owners, and helping to manage the yacht sales process.
Real Estate: You will have access to all areas of the business including, listing new houses, property sales visits, helping and following up with deals, updating and polishing real estate adverts, creating new connections and collaborations, and supporting the real estate team.

Experience dealing with high net worth clients & exceeding their expectations
Expertise in customer service & delivering a luxury leisure experience
Great awareness as a team-player & leadership experience
Strong proactivity skills within a high expectation environment
Experience in using e-platforms and CRM tools
Knowledge in measuring luxury standards & creating SOP’s
Learning by doing
Best practice learning how to prioritise, time management, organisation skills, scheduling
Troubleshoot, instant problem solving attitude
Knowledge of luxury property and an understanding of wealth versus value
Knowledge about the Balearic Islands
