¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts, ensuring that all transactions between company entities are correctly recorded and squared.
- Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in intercompany reconciliations, working closely with finance and accounting teams from different countries.
- Prepare and review financial reports related to intercompany transactions, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with international regulations (IFRS, GAAP).
- Collaborate in the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring the correct accounting of intercompany transactions and their reconciliation within the established deadlines.
- Support internal and external audits, providing the necessary documentation and explanations in relation to intercompany accounts.
- Develop and improve internal processes and controls related to intercompany account reconciliation, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations that may impact intercompany transactions and their reporting.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliation, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification will be an asset.
- Language: Advanced English, both written and spoken, is a must.
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus. Additional proficiency in French would be advantageous for communicating with Operating Companies
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and a solid understanding of international accounting regulations (IFRS, GAAP).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse and reconcile large volumes of financial data, with a high level of accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and consistency in all reconciliation and reporting tasks.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
