CUSTOMER VALUE CREATION MANAGER (Retail Tech) en MADRID, SPAIN (m/f)



Nuestro cliente, líder indiscutible en su mercado, es partner tecnológico de Retailers, ofreciendo servicios y soluciones relacionadas con medios de pago. Se trata de una compañía sólida con más de 40 años de posicionamiento (presencia en 45+ países, siendo España estratégica, en el Top 4 a nivel mundial), y pionera por su enfoque en la innovación constante que hoy la convierten en un referente RetailTech. En España cuenta con una estructura aproximada de 120 personas (incluyendo un amplio equipo de Atención al Cliente). Buscamos un Customer Value Creation Manager en Madrid, una posición de nueva creación muy estratégica y clave para la compañía, formando parte de su apuesta por darle protagonismo al Value Creation.



MISIÓN Y FUNCIONES


Misión: Reportando a la Directora General en España, tu objetivo principal consistirá en:

Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico y colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Key Account Managers en el proceso de creación de valor para los clientes, (es decir, dotar de valor a la red comercial para que hagan una venta más consultiva) Colaborar con los equipos de marketing en las campañas e iniciativas.


Te centrarás en el desarrollo de iniciativas de Value Creation para clientes y usuarios, mediante un análisis detenido de los datos obtenidos de clientes y usuarios. El proceso de Value Creation consta de 4 fases principales:


Reuniones de apertura, con el objetivo de concientizar a los C-level de los clientes sobre el producto y las oportunidades relacionadas.Talleres de creación de valor, con el objetivo de co-crear planes de acción relevantes y personalizados junto con los equipos del cliente.Definición de planes de acción basada en las conclusiones de los talleres y con el apoyo de diversas funciones internas (productos, inteligencia empresarial y equipos de TI).Comités directivos regulares con los clientes, para coordinar la implementación de los planes de acción y seguir enriqueciendo el plan.


Dentro de estas fases principales, tus principales funciones serán:


Analizar datos comerciales para la identificación de oportunidades y desafíos. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y marketing y asesorar desde la analítica de datos.Crear iniciativas estratégicas basadas en el análisis de datos, con el objetivo de conseguir un incremento en la cartera de clientes y en el usuario final. Desarrollar propuestas que optimicen la colaboración entre las áreas comerciales y de marketing.Asesorar en la implementación de estrategias y acciones basadas en datos.


REQUERIMIENTOS


Experiencia: Al menos 10 años, preferiblemente en consultoría, con habilidades de asesoramiento para guiar en la implementación de estrategias con una visión de consultoría, muy orientada a la venta, entendiendo la venta como un proyecto a largo plazo. Para ello, buscamos que cuentes con conocimiento en el desarrollo de propuestas que optimicen la colaboración entre las áreas comerciales y de marketing. Si tienes experiencia en sector Retail o de Lujo será un gran plus. Idiomas: Español e Inglés profesional.Soft skills: Buscamos habilidades analíticas sólidas, excelentes habilidades interpersonales y organizativas, capacidad para trabajar de manera transversal con diferentes equipos dentro de la organización y una mentalidad orientada al cliente. Será esencial que cuentes con capacidad para crear iniciativas estratégicas y proponer soluciones.
