CUSTOMER VALUE CREATION MANAGER (Retail Tech) en MADRID, SPAIN (m/f)
Nuestro cliente, líder indiscutible en su mercado, es partner tecnológico de Retailers, ofreciendo servicios y soluciones relacionadas con medios de pago. Se trata de una compañía sólida con más de 40 años de posicionamiento (presencia en 45+ países, siendo España estratégica, en el Top 4 a nivel mundial), y pionera por su enfoque en la innovación constante que hoy la convierten en un referente RetailTech. En España cuenta con una estructura aproximada de 120 personas (incluyendo un amplio equipo de Atención al Cliente). Buscamos un Customer Value Creation Manager en Madrid, una posición de nueva creación muy estratégica y clave para la compañía, formando parte de su apuesta por darle protagonismo al Value Creation.
MISIÓN Y FUNCIONES
Misión: Reportando a la Directora General en España, tu objetivo principal consistirá en:
Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico y colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Key Account Managers en el proceso de creación de valor para los clientes, (es decir, dotar de valor a la red comercial para que hagan una venta más consultiva) Colaborar con los equipos de marketing en las campañas e iniciativas.Te centrarás en el desarrollo de iniciativas de Value Creation para clientes y usuarios, mediante un análisis detenido de los datos obtenidos de clientes y usuarios.
