The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services.FACTORING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Spain)To be incorporated in its MADRID Office, to pursue new business opportunities, both in core and in other businesses, leading the relation with customers, collecting documents and managing to close operations.Main duties and responsibilitiesFoster the development of the business in his/her area of responsibility supporting the growth in Spain.Design and implement the commercial plan about his/her reference market to achieve the turnover of expected results.Plan all activities and commercial actions to achieve objectives.Participate in all follow up and documentations activities after acquisition, giving support to other areas of the company for the operation approval and its development.Qualifications (Education & Experience required)University Degree6-10 years’ of experience in business development and experience in FactoringExperience in Factoring or Financial Services Public Administration (nice to have)LanguagesNative SpanishGood Level of EnglishItalian knowledge will be appreciatedPersonal competencesProactivityInitiativeBusiness acumenOriented to executionInterpersonal relationship skillsWhat BFF Bank Group can offer:A stimulating and challenging work environment with high growth potential and a strong learning culture.Permanent employment contract.Hybrid work possibilities.Meal vouchers are provided both in-office and during remote work.Rewarding system.Workplace: Madrid/ Barcelona, Spain
