Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Spain, as well as in other European countries of the territory;Manage sales projects and control the selling process;Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements;Keep and improve relationship with the partners and customers;Participate in public events and fairs to promote GRG brand and productsProvide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design;Collect and provide market/customer requirements, competitors' information, etc
Qualification Requirement:
At least 5 years sales experience in Software/Integrated Solution, Intelligent Hardware, banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales and/or bank IT related experience preferred;Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management;Strong negotiation, aggressive sales spirits and skills;Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated;Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;No military obligation for male candidates (or military obligation should be postponed for two years);Based in Madrid, Barcelona, or other location which is accepted by GRGBanking;Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English, skills with multiple languages will be preferred;Master MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point;Willing to accept and learn new things.
