Queremos ampliar nuestro equipo de Integración y desarrollo incorporando un/a Project manager que participe en la mejora continua de nuestros procesos y colabore con el desarrollo y diseño de las estrategias en los proyectos asignados.


Tus FUNCIONES serán:

Definir y estructurar los proyectos asignados.Planificación y coordinación de la implementación de proyectos de acuerdo con la metodología definida y su despliegue dentro del marco del proyecto.Análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de datos.Identificación de mejoras y análisis de oportunidades potenciales de desarrollo empresarial (orgánicas e inorgánicas) derivadas del proyecto.Planificación empresarial para nuevas empresas y oportunidades.Presentaciones a la alta dirección.Asistencia para lanzar e implementar planes de acción identificados.Colaboración con los recursos del equipo para ofrecer procesos de calidad.


¿Qué buscamos?

REQUISITOS:

Formación: Grado en Ingeniería, Economía, ADE u otras titulaciones científicas/comerciales. Muy valorable: MBA o similar en las principales escuelas de negocios (IEDE, ESADE, IESE, EOI, etc.).Idiomas: Inglés alto, deseable Italiano o PortuguésNivel alto de Excel.Disponibilidad para viajar.


EXPERIENCIA:

Imprescindible más de 5 años en mejora operativa, gestión de proyectos, planificación empresarial, desarrollo de negocios y análisis financiero, idealmente en empresas industriales que abarquen fabricación o servicios.Muy valorable: conocimientos de data analytics
