**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our highly skilled and professional team of Project Managers. You will be responsible to lead multidisciplinary teams to execute Projects, securing all project deliverables are accomplished on time, within budget, with quality and securing customer´s satisfaction.
This position will report to Manager Project Management & Implementation Iberia within Project Center Iberia & South Europe.

This position will be based in Arganda del Rey, Spain. You´ll be expected to travel up to 50%, within Iberia Market (Spain, Portugal, Angola and Cabo Verde) and occasionally to other Markets.

**What you will do**:

- Manage implementation projects at customer sites, covering various scopes within Tetra Pak portfolio (processing and packaging).
- Overall responsibility for project execution and providing project leadership to deliver project results (deliver on-time and within budget, securing quality and customer satisfaction).
- Secure project deliverables according to the project scope (contract deliverables) and act according to responsibilities of the project charter
- Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to project deliverables.
- Drive productivity through the utilization of global processes and tools (OFCE, project governance, risk management, etc.)
- Manage scope changes and issue variation orders.
- Secure stakeholder management, project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
- Provide lessons learned to secure continuous improvement (processes and tools).
- Participate in project review and/or board meetings.

**We believe you have**:

- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Food Engineering
- Preferably PMP Certificate (PMI).
- 5 or more years of work experience within projects.
- Proven experience in the food industry and/or installation projects is an asset.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in Spanish and English is required.
- Knowledge in Portuguese is a plus
- Working experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- You have customer management experience, and technical and commercial negotiations skills.
- You have a good level of analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of business and customers’ needs.
- You have good communication and presentations skills, as well as stakeholder management.
- You are a self-driven, decisive, highly motivated and independent in your work.
