Buscamos un Técnico de Regulatory Affairs para realizar las siguientes tareas:

-Preparación y mantenimiento de dossiers para productos desarrollados y/o comercializados (incluye distribución) del grupo: cosméticos (PIF), productos sanitarios (TF) y complementos alimenticios, según normativa europea.

-Gestión de registros de todas las categorías de productos en países no europeos.

-Aplicación de reglamentos y normativas vigentes de materias primas/ ingredientes, packaging y producto terminado.

-Recopilación de documentación interna (dptos. implicados en el desarrollo de los productos) y externa (proveedores).

-Revisión y/o actualización documentación externa de materias primas (proveedores) y de fabricantes subcontratados, para homologación.

-Preparación y revisión de INCI’s.

-Revisión y adecuación de textos legales en etiquetados y materiales promocionales

-Preparación Fichas de Seguridad y Fichas Técnicas

-Trámites legales con organismos sanitarios oficiales AEMPS, Generalitat, CGCF.

-Gestión y legalización de documentos técnicos para registros worldwide (CLV, GMP,ISO).

-Mantenimiento BBDD internas.

-Gestión registro de marcas worldwide
