Estamos buscando un Project Enablement Junior altamente motivado y organizado que pueda trabajar de manera independiente en un entorno de ritmo rápido, así como en equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de gestionar la ejecución de completos recorridos de aprendizaje, abarcando diversas prácticas de BTS, incluyendo Alineación Estratégica, Liderazgo, Innovación, Coaching y Soluciones Digitales.

Responsabilidades:

Colaborar con consultores/as y facilitadores para gestionar procesos de capacitación en línea y presencial, asegurando una experiencia de alta calidad y fluida para los participantes.
Coordinar la logística de proyectos, planificación y comunicación con clientes y colegas.
Apoyar a los participantes en experiencias de formación virtual.
Asistir en la recopilación de datos para la medición del impacto del aprendizaje, manteniendo actualizadas las bases de datos de clientes.
Requisitos:

Proficiente en la suite de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word y PowerPoint).
Experiencia en la gestión de sistemas ERP (Salesforce) es un plus.
Habilidades de gestión de proyectos, enfoque en el cliente, habilidades organizativas y responsabilidad.
Actitud positiva y capacidad para encontrar soluciones frente a desafíos, confianza para desempeñar su propio rol sin apoyo innecesario en circunstancias normales.
Independiente, de rápido aprendizaje y
Fluidez en inglés; habilidades adicionales en otros idiomas son un plus.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Salario: 25.900K Anuales.

Horario: L a J 9:00 a 18:00h y viernes de 9:00 a 15:00

Tipo de contrato: baja maternidad+ POSIBLE INCOPORACION A PLANTILLA
