POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We need to hire new talent for our consulting practice.
We are looking for a Principal / Senior Manager that will work closely with colleagues in leading and managing transformation projects to exceed client expectations. This is the level for highly experienced consultants capable of working with senior leaders in client organizations across a broad range of offering and industries.
Primary Responsibilities
Deep understanding of business consulting, frameworks, delivery tools and processes to design innovative solutions for clients.Combine knowledge/experience in the business with a genuine interest for people and talent.Project Management: Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, good communication and collaboration between KF colleagues.Strong analytical skills with the capacity to conceptualize ideas and insightsStrong communication skills – both written and verbal.Lead Internal and external stakeholder Management at high level.Manage client expectations and ensure project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations.Leverage insights to define, recommend and /or co-create strategic innovative solutions for clients.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
