Clean Room Technician with English

As a Cleanroom Technician you will be joining the company manufacturing team. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
Key Languages
Full professional level of English Spanish is a plus
Main Responsibilities
Operate various items of machinery toward the fabrication of the devices: RIE, optical microscopy, wet etching, Autoclave, etc.Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologiesRecord inspection data, write reports and notify supervisors of irregularities; ensure quality of outgoing product following guidelinesProvide all the required technical support to enable the manufacturing to function effectively.Execute duties within good practice laboratory (GLP), good manufacturing practice (GMP) protocols and follow personal protective equipment (PPE) proceduresWork in compliance with ISO, SOP specifications, work instructions an stablished recipesKeep equipment calibrated and in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure the safe removal of wasteSupport manufacturing group in running processes, assembling and setting new equipment and conducting quality controlEnsure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labelledApply quality assurance methodology to received material, production, and finished parts
Core Skills/experience
Technical degree (engineer, natural sciences or equivalent)Laboratory work, preferably in CR facilities, Hands-on experience in cleanroom is a plusExperience with thin films and/or electronic devices is a plusGeneral knowledge of micro and nanofabrication processes such as reactive ion etching; wet etching techniques; photolithography pattern transfer; and metal thin film deposition by e-beam evaporationExperience in manufacturing processes and quality control for medical devices will be especially valuedAbility to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being promptedAbility to prioritize and plan work activities. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. Ability to work within tight timelines. Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize resources to ensure work is completed on timeStrong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, sterility, and aseptic technique
