Microinformatics Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Microinformatics Technician during 3 months

As a Microinformatics Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues in an diferent clients office.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide on-site support at various companies.

Install the latest Microsoft operating systems on desktops and laptops.

Load images onto desktops and laptops as required.

Set up and test standard desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring proper network connectivity.

Replace components in both desktops and laptops, including hard drives, processors, fans, and other hardware components.

Understand complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.

Provide 2nd line support for PCs and laptops, assisting with more advanced technical issues.

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing user concerns and ensuring a positive user experience.

Perform additional IT-related tasks as directed by the central coordination (CC) team.

Ensure all work is executed according to the agreed quality and service levels.

Mobility forthe Technician is needed as the role may require providing support at different sites.

**Requisitos**
- Driver's license and own car required (Mileage reimbursement provided)
- High level of english.
- Proven experience as a Microinformatics Technician or similar role.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Understanding of complex desktop and laptop installations and configurations.
- Ability to install and set up desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one-hour break.
