Juno Genetics is a state-of-the-art laboratory specialising in genetic testing. Our mission is to provide clinically useful information of the highest quality for couples who are planning to start a family, patients undergoing fertility treatments, and for women who are already pregnant.

Aid professionals working in reproductive medicine with the diagnosis and treatment of their patients by providing reliable tests that provide medically actionable information, based upon a solid scientific foundation.Help future parents to have healthy babies, by detecting common genetic abnormalities that prevent a viable pregnancy, reducing risks of embryo implantation failure, miscarriage and abnormal pregnancies.

We are looking for aGenetic Lab Quality Manager who join us in the new Genetic Laboratory in Valencia.

The main responsabilities are:

To maintain the quality policy for Juno Genetics Spain as directed.To ensure that processes that are required for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained with Juno Genetics laboratory.To ensure that that Quality Management System functions correctly by managing and maintaining quality monitoring systems.To assist in maintaining the document control system for the Juno Genetics laboratory.To participate in the ongoing evaluation and improvement processes for the Juno Genetics laboratory.To engage in activities for measuring process performance of the Juno Genetics laboratory.Assisting the Laboratory Director with the management of External Quality Assessment schemes for the Juno Genetics laboratory.To ensure all quality procedures are performed in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety policy and procedures.To report to laboratory management, at the level at which decisions are made on laboratory policy, objectives, and resources, on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.To undertake such work as you are assigned in a careful and efficient way and in compliance with current quality standards, regulatory requirements and the Juno Genetics Quality Management System.To adhere to and to positively promote Juno Genetics’ Core Values.To participate in an Annual Joint Review.

Requirements:

Engineering educationExperience of working within the healthcare field (preferably experience working in a QA / regulatory environment): CLIA, ISO 15189, CAPIntermediate/high level of EnglishAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position
