¿Dónde vas a trabajar?
An international personal care company with an important presence in Spain in pharmacy channel and retail, needs to incorporate a Brand Manager for the marketing team.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the brand manager will be responsible for:
o Define and implement the Marketing Plan of the products under his/her responsibility.
o Be responsible for the brand in terms of control of assigned budget, product positioning, specific Trade
Marketing actions, etc.
o Comprehend the sales cycle and the commercial operating model in order to create materials and
activities that align with it. Work closely with the Sales team.
o Define performance specifications, prices, sales forecast & Estimates.
o Constant coordination with other internal teams: sales, trade marketing, purchasing, demand planning,
production, R&D, customer service and quality for project management and monitoring.
o Close contact with Global Brand team (international) and align with the global brand strategy.
o Carryout and analyze market data to understand the products, customers, and main competitors.
o Develop and implement promotional materials, POS displays… linked to product and channel.
o Travel both to headquarters (international) for internal meetings and to different national fairs.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Marketing or Business Administration. Ideally completed with a
Master in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
o Minimum of 3 years performing Brand / Product Manager roles in a company within the mass consumer
OTC/Pharmacy or Parapharmacy, with knowledge of the food supplements category.
o Knowledge of the pharmacy channel.
o Spanish and English Fluent.
o Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel & Power point. SAP knowledge would be appreciate.
o Experience in project management, working towards objectives.
o A team player, experienced in working with international teams and cross-functional
