Cocinero/a - Six Senses Ibiza

Como Cocinero/a, asumiré la responsabilidad del funcionamiento eficiente en:
Seguir las directrices y estándares marcados por el Chef de Cuisine.
Preparar variedad de carnes, mariscos, aves, verduras y otros alimentos para cocinar en asadores, hornos, parrillas, etc. según los procesos y estándares de Six Senses.
Seguir la presentación adecuaday la guarnición para todos los platos.
Conocer y cumplir sistemáticamente los tamaños estándar de las raciones, los métodos de cocción, las normas de calidad y directrices de cocina. Siguiendo los estándares de Six Senses Ibiza, Sostenbilidad y Bienestar.
Almacenar y mantener niveles suficientes de productos alimenticios en los puestos de la línea para garantizar un período de servicio sin problemas.
Garantizar que todo el equipo y el área de trabajo se mantengan limpios y en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento.
Mantener las directrices y normas de servicio y funcionamiento de Six Senses Ibiza. Mantener y superar los puntos de referencia de rendimiento.
Cumplir estrictamente las normas LQA y los comentarios de los huéspedes.
Realizar cualquier tarea adicional que me encomiende el Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef o Junior Sous Chef.
Cualificaciones
Para desempeñar el puesto de Cocinero/a, debo poseer las cualificaciones requeridas, habilidades técnicas y experiencia en un puesto similar en hoteles de lujo con resultados probados e incluye lo siguiente:
Título de bachillerato, Formación Profesional, Artes Culinarias o equivalente. Se prefiere un diploma/licenciatura en hostelería de una escuela de hostelería reconocida.
Al menos dos años de experiencia en cocina en un establecimiento de servicio completo a la carta o similar.
Conocimiento del uso del equipo de asado y comprensión de la cocina de carne y pescado, destreza con el cuchillo y comprensión del concepto de la granja a la mesa.
Certificado de manipulador de alimentos en vigor.
Dominio del inglés preferible.
Permiso de trabajo de la Unión Europea en vigor.
