Your responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Support classroom activities, including circle time, arts and crafts, storytime, outdoor play, and more.Create a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can explore, experiment, and develop their curiosity.Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and positive classroom community.Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones, and contribute to progress reports for parents.Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, addressing their individual needs and interests.Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom that encourages learning and creativity.Qualifications:
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology or a related field.Genuine passion for working with young children (10 months - 4 years old) and helping them thrive in a learning environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with children, and colleagues.Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing preschool setting.Eager to receive guidance and feedback from experienced educators to continuously improve teaching abilities.Previous experience working with children (volunteer work, babysitting, tutoring, etc.) is a plus.Benefits:
