The Partner Activation Manager is the voice of the brand that would ensure the positive development of the adidas brand image by providing efficient and effective communication of key messages across all appropriate communication channels and development of exclusive Kings League products range.

In this role, you will play a key role in building the adidas brand as the most impactful brand in Kings League through inspirational brand exposure and product offer. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring this activation to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate with internal and external teams for all consumer-facing activations, ensuring complete alignment prior to execution. Ensure brand visibility and ongoing presence throughout all relevant Kings League touchpoints. Develop a partner activation comprehensive calendar in coordination with the several internal stakeholders, ensure key moments capitalization, anticipate needs and coordinate implementation. Provide comprehensive guidance to creative and event agencies for generating localized content and ensure that all creative endeavors receive approval from the Global/EU marketing teams. Create, manage, and execute comprehensive activation plans for Commercial Activations, emphasizing the brand's top priorities. Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the Kings League platform to optimize sales in alignment with the company's strategic plan. Manage the budget for the partner portfolio, devising midterm strategies to enhance budget efficiency and effective use. Ensure that all brand marketing tactics live up to brand standards, meet KPIs and are on-budget/on-time. Work closely with other markets to ensure visibility and alignment throughout the several Kings League competitions and expansion plan if any. Follow the in-season brand calendar in coordination with relevant teams, taking proactive measures to execute the calendar seamlessly. Provide support in all business discussions addressing specific requirements with Kings League and internal stakeholders. Monitor the market's implementation of seasonal plans, ensuring alignment with the defined strategy. Monitor merchandise flow to ensure optimal service level. KPIs:

University degree. Preferably Marketing, Economics or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in Marketing or Commercial Department. Minimum 2 years of professional experience designing operational marketing plans. English fluent: advanced level (C1).
