¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Sales management and development of assigned existing key customers (the majority are wholesalers/distributors) including support and prep work of commercial offersBeing the internal go-to-person for customers when they need solutions for their daily questions/requirementsSupporting the Commercial Director with the Central Buying Groups. Preparing offers and calculations.Supporting the Commercial Director with the El Corte Ingles retail account. Preparing promotions and supporting with sales analysis.Budget planning related to assigned key accounts sales forecasts.Management of day-to-day sales and operations, supporting the small customer service team.Keep key customers informed about new products and distributing new pricelists or conditions on an annual basis. CRM mailings.Being part of the management team for strategic discussions and decision making.Lead a small team of customer service employees, at the same time also support operationally with order input for directly assigned key accounts and hands on "roll off the sleeve mentality" when the situation is requiring this.High understanding of the SAP system, condition and pricing processes and being able to optimize and digitalize current sales processes. Vast experience in this field is required

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

At least 10 years of experience in preferably the tabletop or houseware sector and/or multinationals with branded non-food productsUniversity level or similar education level /or accumulated professional experienceFluent in English and German (writing and speaking) is a must, Spanish nativeVery good understanding of pricing and condition systemsUsed to work with International HeadquartersExperience to work with Teams/Zoom video callsHigh experience customer service leadership + KAM supporting rolesGood communication skills and empathic personalityExcellent knowledge of SAP processesExperience Microsoft 365 and CRM systemsHighly skilled in excels and good working haptics PowerpointAbility to work autonomously, results oriented.Ability to organize, plan and prioritize tasks.
