Junior Accountant

You will record transactions, ensure accuracy of records and assist with administrative tasks to contribute to the growth and efficiency of our accounting processes.  What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Record financial transactions in the company's accounting system.
Ensuring that accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Performing administrative tasks, such as managing and organising financial documents.
Participate in the monthly accounting close and provide the necessary records for financial reporting.
Collaborate effectively with the accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate financial management.
Maintain effective communication with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
Contribute to improving accounting processes and procedures.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Fluent in English, other languages such as French are a plus.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Organisation and proactivity: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other members of the accounting team and other departments.
Computer literacy: Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to adapt to change and learn new accounting practices and technologies.
Professional ethics: Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with ethical standards and integrity in accounting management.
