The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit. Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.
Job Description:
Mission:
The Culture and Engagement Manager serves as the primary subject matter expert and architect of the Company’s culture, corporate values and engagement plans and programs globally. The position oversees the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of such initiatives.
Main functions:
- Design and coordinate initiatives that reinforce Ferrovial’s corporate culture and values.
- Ensure HR Policies reflect and promote our corporate culture and values.
- Supervise the design, development, and implementation of engagement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the Employee Opinion Survey, conduct comprehensive analysis of the results to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, and propose actionable plans for improvement.
- Work closely with the Communication Department to execute global communication campaigns aimed at promoting our corporate culture and values and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Talent teams and Ferrovial’s Business Units to design and implement employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational companies.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required.
- Specializations in HR Analytics or Data Analytics will be valuable.
- Previous experience managing Talent projects will be valuable.
- Strong collaborative skills, excellent communication abilities, data-driven mindset, and results orientation.
