**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive education, engagement, and capacity building initiatives to upskill the workforce and promote sustainability practices.
  • Develop and update tools to support employee training and development, ensuring the right content is available on internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional Sustainability teams, Transformation, and corporate functions to support Brambles' 2025 Sustainability targets program.
  • Measure progress against key performance indicators, including quality of content, employee engagement, and sustainability-related skills.

**Scope and Impact**

This role has a global scope, spanning all business units, and is instrumental in driving Brambles' regenerative strategy forward. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a culture of sustainability, driving business growth and long-term value creation.

**Requirements**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs on Brambles' material sustainability topics.
  • Tailor educational materials and programs to address different stakeholder groups and varying levels of seniority within the organization.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development to identify opportunities for leveraging existing e-learning platforms.
