¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Company Lawyer in providing legal advice and support to internal departments and management.Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and precedents.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Assist in the management of corporate governance and compliance matters.Prepare and maintain corporate records.Collaborate with external legal counsel on specialized legal matters when necessary.Support the resolution of legal disputes and litigation matters.Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.Keep abreast of changes in the legal landscape that may impact the company and recommend necessary adjustments.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law.Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred.4-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or business law.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
