HR Intern (Talent Management)

Location – Terassa, Barcelona

Our internship is a unique opportunity for you to gain a firsthand experience in an international environment.

As part of the EMEA Talent Management Team you will be providing support on a set of topics ranging from internal HR processes, Learning & Development, to mentoring programs, while forming part of a dynamic and dedicated team that supports our internal customers across EMEA.

You will:

Support communication on updates, and training initiatives related to internal HR processes

Support the creation and update of learning materials related to different Talent Management initiatives

Maintain Talent Management SharePoint

Support on the IP Mentorship Community program and assist participants throughout the process

Gain exposure to a wide range of Talent Management related topics

You have:

Background in HR, Psychology or Business Administration

Status of a student willing to gain experience in Talent Management

Availability to work at least 20 hours per week

Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Polish will be an asset

Computer / technical savviness & MS Office suite proficient (in particular Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint)

Attention to detail

Planning and organizational skills

Ability to learn on the fly
