Communications Apprentice

Job Description Summary

A Communication apprentice/intern, under the supervision of the Global Operations Leader, will support Aero internal and external communication strategy. We are looking for a university student or Graduated with some experience in Communications and/or Marketing area who wants to develop candidate career in a world class organization. Candidate will be involved in most of the projects and will have the opportunity of professionally growing.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.

• Assist on preparation of the training material for training teams on the “to-be” process.

• Willing to attend customer and team meetings and events inside/outside home country.

• Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.

• Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

• BS in Communication, Marketing or Journalism. or relevant disciplines background preferred.

• Proven interpersonal skills.

• Active listener with good communication skills.

• English and Spanish Proficiency is a must and any other language is a plus

• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proactive with high level of integrity.

• Working time: 40 hours/week

• Hybrid work is possible but min. 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.

• Start day: preference by 1st April (but no later than 30th of April)

• If contracted in Spain:Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
