Communications Apprentice

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
- Assist on preparation of the training material for training teams on the “to-be” process.
- Willing to attend customer and team meetings and events inside/outside home country.
- Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.
- Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- ** BS in Communication, Marketing or Journalism.** or relevant disciplines background preferred.
- Proven interpersonal skills.
- Active listener with good communication skills.
- ** English **and** Spanish Proficiency** is a must and any other language is a plus
- Proactive with high level of integrity.
- Working time: 40 hours/week
- Hybrid work is possible but min. 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.
- Start day: preference by 1st April (but no later than 30th of April)
