In Ecolab we're looking for a Logistcs Analyst for our Iberia Local Logistics Team. The job incumbent will be responsible for managing and granting the right processes of different warehouses align with company processes.

Role requires both daily operational tasks and continuous improvement projects.

Accountabilities

Warehousing & Transportation management

To be the liaison with our 3PLs granting operational procedures.

To do the close follow-up of Inbound & Outbound processes providing solutions to any operational issue

To be responsible for managing & solving stock discrepancies

To be responsible for customer delivery performance and customer returns.

To be responsible for reporting any safety issue according Ecolab policies

SAP Master data management

To be accountant of the material creation at warehouse level

To be accountant of maintaining customer logistic information

To be responsible of creating some operational events on SAP

Skills and Experience

Logistics or planning background preferred

Microsoft office experience (Specifically Microsoft Excel)

Languages required: A candidate should be fluent both in Spanish and English

SAP knowledge is preferred.

Engineering or Economics degree are preferred. (supply chain complementary certifications or studies will be strongly valuated).
