We are hiring a Financial and Controlling Analyst . This position’s mission is to collaborate in guaranteeing that assigned financial reporting processes in Stolt Sea Farm are adequate, accurate and reliable so the information obtained allows taking the best decisions to achieve the strategic goals of the company respecting all implemented internal controls.

Among the tasks of this position are the following, among others:

To prepare financial reports on assigned expertise areas; this includes the annual budget for the area of responsibility and the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, reconciliations, variance analysis with different scenarios, implementing procedures and systems to improve the reporting processes. Ensure Stolt Sea Farm abides to the implemented internal controls on assigned expertise areas. Participate in external audits and statutory requirements

The person who joins must have a university degree in Business Management or similar studies, 2-3 years of experience in Finance department with growing responsibilities, including relevant experience in controlling in multinational companies that work with cost centers. And 2-3 years in experience coordinating external and internal audits.

In regard to specific abilities and skills, we value:

Expertise in IFRS Expertise in Controlling, Reporting Packages and Internal Controls Fluent English. French would be a plus. Expertise in Excel, Power BI and office 365 suite. Expertise in Financial systems such as Navision, FCC, PBCS

We offer work schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-16:15h and on Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00h. You have one day a week of remote work This position requires travels, both national and international of about 5-10% of the annual time.

Estamos contratando un/a Analista Financiero y de Controlling . La misión de este puesto es colaborar en garantizar que los procesos de reporte financiero asignados en Stolt Sea Farm sean adecuados, precisos y confiables para que la información obtenida permita tomar las mejores decisiones para lograr los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa respetando todos los controles internos implementados.

Entre las tareas de este puesto se encuentran, entre otras, las siguientes:

Preparar informes financieros sobre las áreas de especialización asignadas; esto incluye el presupuesto anual del área de responsabilidad y los informes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, conciliaciones, análisis de variaciones con diferentes escenarios, implementación de procedimientos y sistemas para mejorar los procesos de presentación de informes. Garantizar que Stolt Sea Farm cumpla con los controles internos implementados en las áreas de especialización asignadas. Participar en auditorías externas y requisitos legales.

La persona que se incorpore deberá tener título universitario en Administración de Empresas o estudios afines, 2-3 años de experiencia en departamento de Finanzas, incluyendo experiencia relevante en controlling en empresas multinacionales que trabajen con centros de costes. Y 2-3 años de experiencia coordinando auditorías externas e internas.

En cuanto a capacidades y destrezas específicas valoramos:

Experiencia en NIIF Experiencia en Controlling, Paquetes de Reportes y Controles Internos Ingles fluido (B2, por lo menos). El francés sería una ventaja. Experiencia en Excel, Power BI y suite office 365. Experiencia en sistemas financieros como Navision, FCC, PBCS

Ofrecemos un horario laboral de lunes a jueves de 8:00-16:15h y los viernes de 8:00 a 15:00h, con un día de teletrabajo a la semana. Esta posición requiere de disponibilidad para viajar entre 5-10% del tiempo anual.
