Desde Mabxience, compañía especializada en el desarrollo y fabricación de medicamentos biosimilares incorporamos Formulation and Drug Product Development Analyst para nuestra planta en León. Responsabilidad global Apoyar la ejecución de actividades técnicas asociadas al laboratorio de desarrollo del proceso de formulación siguiendo la guía del grupo de desarrollo de proceso. Responsabilidades específicas Realizar las actividades de rutina definidas semanalmente en el laboratorio de formulación: Análisis de formulación. Cambio de buffer. Preparación de buffer. Recogida de datos, análisis y creación de las presentaciones estadísticas apropiadas, incluyendo gráficos y tablas (II, III). Trabajar de acuerdo a las normas GLP. Mantenimiento y redacción de los Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo. Continua mejora – que apoyará a las mejoras de proceso a lo largo del proceso de desarrollo. Requisitos y habilidades personales Estudios: Grado of Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en la especialidad Bioquímica/Química. Idiomas: Español fluido, manejo del inglés. Se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas. Experiencia (años/áreas): 1 (I), 3-6 (II) o 6 (III) años de experiencia relevante en actividades Formulación trabajando con fármacos biológicos y en entornos biotecnológicos. Conocimientos específicos: Experiencia en trabajo con cabinas de bioseguridad. Estar familiarizado o tener conocimiento sobre la estabilidad de la molécula y su funcionamiento, el metabolismo celular, además de la estructura y función de los anticuerpos monoclonales (medicamentos biosimilares). Viajes: No requerido. Habilidades personales: Capacidad de organizar su trabajo a tiempo bajo una mínima supervision. Deseo de aprender cosas nuevas y adaptarse a los desafíos presentes en el ambiente de trabajo con la mayor flexibilidad posible.
