We are looking for an Office Assistant to join an international, fast-growing digital and technology-driven company. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal teams, and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative working environment. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where proactivity, flexibility and teamwork are essential, and where every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. Responsibilities : Manage daily administrative tasks and provide front-desk reception support. Coordinate logistical support for corporate events and internal activities. Assist with company vehicle administration and occasional driving when required. Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth internal operations. Support general office organization, including supplies and facility management. Requirements : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driving license (B) is mandatory. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Gmail is a plus. Advanced Spanish and intermediate English. Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, with minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
